BingX names 23 Restricted Jurisdictions in the Disclaimer that its Customer Agreement points to: Afghanistan, Burundi, Cambodia, Canada, the Central African Republic, mainland China, Cuba, the DR Congo, Hong Kong, Iran, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Singapore, Somalia, the UK, the US and three Ukrainian regions. Passport holders are covered too.
The full BingX restricted-jurisdictions list (2026)
The list does not live in the Customer Agreement. Clause 3 of the agreement points to “the Restricted Jurisdictions within our Disclaimer”, and the BingX Disclaimer names 23 entries: 20 countries and special administrative regions plus the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. BingX prefaces them with “including but not limited to” and adds that the list “is subject to change and may vary from service to service”.

BingX checks your passport, not only your address
This is the sharpest difference between BingX and most offshore exchanges. Clause 3 of the Customer Agreement asks you to warrant that you are not “a resident or passport holder in any of the countries listed in the Restricted Jurisdictions”. Citizenship counts, not just where you currently live. Clause 2(e) adds a separate, blunter requirement: that you “are not a U.S or Canada user”.
Compare that with BloFin, whose Terms of Use test residence and domicile and say nothing at all about citizenship, or with Bitget and Bybit, which frame their lists around where you are located. A British or Dutch passport holder living in a third country is inside BingX’s restriction and outside several others. If that is you, read the clause yourself in the BingX Customer Agreement before you deposit.
The list itself has not moved since December 2023
Dates matter on this page. BingX’s Customer Agreement carries a “Latest Update Date: 2025-08-25 (UTC+8)”, but the Disclaimer that actually holds the country list is stamped “Latest update: 2023-12-11 (UTC+8)”. The list is therefore over two and a half years old at the time of writing, while the agreement pointing to it is a year old.
That gap cuts both ways. It means the 23 entries are stable and easy to verify, and it means the list may lag regulatory changes that BingX enforces in practice through its own compliance screening. The Disclaimer itself says restrictions “may vary from service to service” and directs users to customer support for more information, which is an admission that the published list is not the whole enforcement picture. ⚠ Not confirmed — verify your own market with BingX support if it is close to the line.
The Netherlands and the United Kingdom: the two that catch people out
Both are rich markets where a reader assumes access by default and discovers the block at verification or withdrawal. The Netherlands is BingX’s only EU member state, and the United Kingdom is a hard block rather than a limited one. Three further entries — Macau, Panama and Laos — are rare enough that almost no other exchange we track names them.
Why the Netherlands and the UK are harder than they look
The Netherlands is BingX’s only EU entry. It is in good company — Bitget and KuCoin also block Dutch residents, and Gate names the Netherlands too — but it puts BingX out of reach in a market where Bybit operates under an EEA-passported MiCAR licence. The United Kingdom is a harder block than most: MEXC also refuses UK users, while Bitget runs spot only and Bybit operates under limits set by the FCA financial promotions regime.
Macau, Panama and Laos: the rare entries
Three more entries are genuinely rare. Macau SAR is named by almost no other exchange we track. Panama is on the list even though BingX’s own contracting entity, Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, carries a Panamanian company suffix. Laos and Cambodia round out a small Southeast Asian block that Bybit, MEXC and Bitget do not name at all.
If BingX restricts your country, who accepts you?
The Netherlands has the cleanest answer, and Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and mainland China have none. Roughly half the list is sanctioned or conflict-affected, where no compliant alternative exists. Match your country to the line below rather than assuming another offshore platform will take you.

How BingX compares with the exchanges we track
BingX sits in the middle on size — 23 entries against 35 for Gate, 28 for Bitget and 16 for OKX — but it is the strictest on identity, because it tests your passport as well as your address. It is also the only list of the four that names Macau, Panama and Laos, and one of only two, with Gate, that blocks the United Kingdom outright.

Why is Panama on the BingX restricted list?
BingX does not say. It is notable because the Customer Agreement names Nieve Cruz PA Corporation as the contracting company, a name carrying a Panamanian corporate suffix, while Panama itself is a Restricted Jurisdiction. Macau SAR and Laos are similarly rare entries that most exchanges we track do not name.
Can I use a VPN to access BingX from a restricted country?
We do not recommend it. It breaches the Customer Agreement, and because BingX screens passports as well as addresses, a mismatch is likely to surface during identity verification rather than at sign-up. Exchanges freeze balances and withdrawals when that happens. Use a platform that legally accepts your country.
